I am so excited to be putting this fundraiser on. The money that we raise will go towards a mission that we can all get behind - a world without ALS.
 
 
 
 
My grandfather, my dad's father, Richard Boyer, passed away at the age of 42 from ALS. It has been a great passion of my dad and myself to help spread awareness and raise money for research. There is no cure for this disease and we hope one day to find a cure. 
 
My dad is a member of the Western PA Chapter and participates in the CEO soak challenge every summer. 
 
Funds raised will go towards:

  • Continuing the 150+ research projects looking into the causes of ALS in hopes of developing better treatments
  • Supporting patient services clinics, support groups, equipment lending, and transportation
  • Leading the way in helping to ensure the ALS community has proper access to care
