Thank you so much for visiting my Walk page. I hope you will support this great cause and that you will also consider joining me on Walk day. Remember, if you can Walk to support those living with ALS, you should!
With your donation, we can make a real difference in the lives of the people affected by ALS. And the money we raise stays in the Pittsburgh area to support local patients and families. Please support our cause and invite your friends and family to do the same!
Why I Want to Challenge ALS
I have been walking in support of the mission of the ALS Association since 2005. I am currently a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh and have been focused on finding a cure and developing treatments since I started my graduate career. I have also been involved with the Western PA Chapter and, in 2014, I was also elected to the National ALS Association Board of Trustees. The ALS community is an extension of my family, and my personal and professional energy is devoted to helping people and families affected by this terrible disease.
Thank you for your support and generosity!
